1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored and used by us. By visiting AyoPe's website or using our mobile application, you expressly give us consent to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access AyoPe. The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our" refer to AyoPe and the terms "You" / "Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

Note: Our privacy policy is subject to change at any time without notice. You are kindly advised to review the policy periodically.

2. Personal Data

Personal Data we may collect from you includes:

• Personal details such as name, email address, contact details, residential address, date of birth, and documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, driving license
• Transaction history, balances, payment details for effecting transfer of money through various payment channels
• Financial details such as income and credit history needed for some products/services
• Images of documents/photos required to avail any of our products/services
• Voice recordings of conversations with our customer care agents to address queries/grievances
• Device and app information such as Android device identifier, IP address, user agent, operating system, app version, network status, notification token, and notification permission state
• Contact names, phone numbers, and available thumbnails only after you open the contact feature and grant contact permission
• SIM slot, carrier label, phone state, and SIM phone number when available, only after you request the SIM-number helper and grant phone permission
• Foreground location, with your permission, for signup security, fraud prevention, audit information, and supported bill-payment state suggestions
• One incoming OTP SMS only after Android displays the SMS User Consent prompt and you approve that specific message
• Photos or documents that you deliberately select through the Android system picker for KYC, disputes, support, or another feature

Android App Permissions and Device Features

• Contacts: Requested only when you open the recharge contact list. The app reads contact names, eligible mobile numbers, and available thumbnails to display selectable contacts. The full list is not sold, used for advertising, or automatically submitted with a transaction; only a number you select or use is submitted with the relevant service request.
• Phone and SIM: READ_PHONE_STATE and, where supported, READ_PHONE_NUMBERS are requested when you choose the SIM-number helper. They are used to show available SIM choices and prefill a phone number you confirm. AyoPe does not access call history and does not make calls through these permissions.
• Location: ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION or ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION is requested in the foreground for signup security, fraud prevention, audit information, and state suggestions on supported bill-payment screens. AyoPe does not request background location or continuously track your movement.
• Notifications: POST_NOTIFICATIONS is requested on supported Android versions for transaction, refund, account, security, and service-status alerts.
• Biometrics: USE_BIOMETRIC allows Android to protect App Lock. Authentication is performed by the device security system. AyoPe does not receive, collect, store, or transmit your fingerprint, face data, PIN, pattern, or biometric template.
• One-time OTP reading: AyoPe uses Google Play services SMS User Consent. Android displays a separate approval prompt for one matching incoming OTP message. If approved, AyoPe extracts the verification code for auto-fill. This does not grant access to your SMS inbox; AyoPe does not request full SMS-reading permission, read other messages, or retain the complete SMS body.
• Files and photos: Android's system picker may be opened when you choose to attach a document or image. Only the item you select is made available to the app; AyoPe does not request broad storage permission.
• Payment apps: The app may check for specifically supported UPI apps solely to show available payment choices and open the payment app you select.

AyoPe does not request call-log permission, full SMS-reading permission, background-location permission, microphone permission, or broad storage permission.

3. Use of Personal Data

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• A separately approved one-time OTP SMS may be read through Android SMS User Consent only to extract and auto-fill its verification code
• Foreground location may be used, with permission, for signup security, fraud prevention, audit purposes, and biller-state suggestions
• To facilitate transactions and report on these transactions
• To undertake research and analytics for improving our products/services and security
• To process your requirements submitted for products/services
• To share updates on changes to products/services and their terms
• To investigate complaints, claims, or disputes
• To verify your identity for providing products/services
• To carry out credit checks, screenings, or due diligence as lawfully required
• To conduct audits and record keeping
• For selective offers and promotions

We may provide your personal information to affiliates, trusted businesses, or service providers engaged by us to better serve your needs, based on your instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

• With our corporate entities and affiliates to provide you access to our services
• Anonymised data derived from your personal information may be shared with third parties for compliance, fraud prevention, or improving services
• We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent
• We may disclose personal information if required by law, court orders, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users
• In case of merger, acquisition, or restructuring, the new entity will be required to follow this privacy policy

5. Cookie Policy

No Personal Data will be collected via cookies and other tracking technology. However, if you previously provided Personal Data, cookies may be tied to such information.

6. Security Practices

We take various steps to protect the security of your Personal Data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure:

• Latest secure server layer encryption and access controls on all systems
• Safety and security processes audited by third-party cyber security agencies
• Multiple levels of security including Login/Logout and AppLock features
• Device binding ensures the same login cannot be used on different devices without additional OTP authentication

Important: Please do not share your AyoPe login, password, or OTP details with anybody.

7. Choice / Opt-Out

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us. If you want to remove your contact information from all lists and newsletters, please click on the unsubscribe button on the emailers.

8. Your Consent

By using the app and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the app in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including your consent for sharing your information as per this policy.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

11. Account / Data Deletion

Users may request deletion from Profile → Delete account in the AyoPe app or by contacting newinfosoftpvtltd@gmail.com. Eligible profile and access data is deleted or anonymised after verification. Transaction, wallet, ledger, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, audit, security, and compliance records may be retained where required by law or legitimate regulatory and accounting obligations.

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform may use trusted third-party service providers such as payment gateways, analytics tools, cloud hosting providers, and messaging partners to facilitate our services. These providers process data only as necessary to provide services to us.
